The 2017–18 School Report Cards (SRC) are now available on the Texas Education Agency’s website athttp://tea.texas.gov/perfreport/src/index.html. The purpose of the SRC is to inform parents and guardians about a campus’s individual characteristics and its academic performance.
For those who would like greater detail about the information in the SRC, the glossary that accompanies the 2017–18 Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) is a useful resource. It contains definitions and methodologies for all the information included in the SRC. The data in the SRC is a subset of that published in the TAPR. The TAPR Glossary is available on the TEA website at https://rptsvr1.tea.texas.gov/perfreport/tapr/2018/glossary.pdf.
In accordance with the Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted/Talented students, Harmony Public Schools will begin taking referrals for all interested students in grades K-12 for gifted and talented screening.
Anyone interested in the educational welfare of these students may nominate them for assessment. Students in grades 2 & up who were tested in the Fall 2018 are not eligible to test in Spring 2019. Referral forms are available at the front office and on the school’s web site.

The 2019 Spring GT testing window is February 11, 2019 – March 29, 2019.

Attention Parents:
If your child will continue attending Harmony Science Academy-Lubbock next year, please be on the lookout for re-enrollment information coming soon. Re-enrollment will be from January 7-25th and will be done only online (Skyward Family Portal). It is very important that you fill out your online re-enrollment information by the deadline to secure your student’s place here at our school. Re-enrollment forms will not be accepted after Jan. 25th.
Items required for online re-enrollment: Proof of residency information is due at the time of online submission (current utility bill, lease agreement, tax form, etc). P.O. Box addresses are not acceptable.
By NOT re-enrolling, you will automatically lose your student’s place here at Harmony Science Academy-Lubbock. If you have any questions please call school front office at (806) 747-1000 or by email at hsalubbock@harmonytx.org.
